Important info on ‘de minimis’ tariff changes for our US customers

As some US customers will probably be aware the US government scrapped the de minimis rule on August 29th. This rule allowed goods valued at under $800 to enter the country without duties, taxes, or lengthy customs checks.

Due to this change we have decided to start shipping to the US using the Royal Mail Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) service.

This means that US customers will see a line for 'Duties' when they checkout allowing us to prepay the import charges for you so there's no surprise fees on delivery.
